IOSH Training and NEBOSH Certificate

IOSH is the Institution for Occupational Safety and Health. Founded in 1945, it is Europe's leading body for health and safety practitioners. Part of IOSH's work involves advancing the health, safety and welfare of people at work - and to achieve this it has developed nationally recognised practical training for the non-health and safety expert.

Managing Safely is suitable for those responsible for managing resources within any organisation or as a first step for those planning to get further health and safety qualifications. Clwyd Associates is licensed to provide this course using paper-based distance learning, in a blended learning format or through face-to-face training. We are on of the few organisations who have been authorised to use their own training material to deliver the syllabus

Working Safely provides employees with an introduction to health, safety and the environment, making them aware of their individual responsibility for themselves and others. Clwyd Associates runs these one day courses using face-to-face training.

Safety for Senior Executives provide a one-day overview of health and safety legislation and the roles and responsibilities of senior managers for health and safety in organisations with over 250 employees. Clwyd Associates normally provides this training in a face to face format and is the only provider authorised to provide it through distance learning.

NEBOSH ( The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) is a independent examining board and awarding body, The NEBOSH certificate is a level 3 qualification and is suitable for managers and staff who need a broad understanding of health and safety issues. Clwyd Associates provides lead trainers for this course through the licensed provider Workplace Law.
